EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Dial a random number 
2. Dial a known contact number stored on the device
3. Go to Phone and tap the known contact and unknown contact, inspect screen

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Both known contact and unknown contact have SMS option

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Only unknown contact have SMS option

REPRODUCIBILITY:
Always
