EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Make a call to any number, during the call press the up volume key until
volume is max
2. Shutdown the device and start it again, or issue a reboot command
3. Call the same number

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Volume kept at maxed

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Volume defaulted to ~40%

REPRODUCIBILITY:
Always
