Yes, I can see how it might be tricky to resolve - personally I'd go with
"first one to appear", I'd be happy with that.
I also agree that a case-insensitive match may not be the desired outcome in
every situation, although I'm struggling to think though of a scenario where
"SenderXYZ" is not considered the same as "SENDERXYZ". Perhaps an option could
be added within Conversations to treat the sender as case-insensitive, but I
know Nokia hate unnecessary options!
