I agree to the security issues assigning a Contact only based on the CID.

But consider this: I have 6+ SIP Numbers so I would have to merge 6+ numbers
for one account. This will look very messy... 

You might add an option to allow CID matching by phonenumber ({international
region code}{region code}{number}) only.
This would be an acceptable workaround in my eyes (until cryptography is more
widely spread)
