I can confirm this bug. also happens to me repeatedly (also in 1.2009.42-11).

I guess (couldn't confirm it yet) it's because the notification feature seems
to cache the messages and appending them all at the end after switching back to
the skype IM app.
Since I once also noticed that the green circle (for marking the contact as
online) was still on the received message, even though the contact went offline
a few minutes before I checked my N900. However I couldn't reproduce the
online-icon bug yet.


Also the Skype IM sorting gets corrected if you close and reopen the
conversation. So it seems that internally it works correctly, just the active
display has the bug.
