split email/tel attributes

I had the same issue when importing PalmOS contacts exported from jpilot, fixed
by preprocessing the .vcf with a few lines of Perl.  Attaching in case anyone
finds it useful, can be run on the device itself and acts as a filter (expects
VCF in stdin and spits converted VCF to stdout).
