[Rtcomm] [Bug 7512] conversations are ordered by event id instead of date

I noticed that, when inserting events, even when using
storage_time=start_time=end_time, in the el.db the storage time was different,
and seems to be set to the actual storage time. So I tried to change it
directly in sqlite3, but it didn't work, events are still ordered “by id”.
