Double check that you have used the full SIP URI without this parameter, and you're uploading the right capture file. Overall, it's notable that the proxy uses a different URI to send requests to the client (see NOTIFY in packet 6) compared to what is reported in the registration responses: there we have a contact URI as pertains to the local private network. This is another indication that there may be an ALG between the client and the proxy that is rewriting addresses and URIs in SIP messages.
