Google has released a new version of their plugin with regular H.264/AVC
Baseline profile. They also have a highly non-standard version of Jingle. There
is a branch of telepathy-gabble somewhere that supports it I believe. But it is
a bit problematic with the current UIs and Telepathy spec because it does not
support upgrading calls (starting audio-only and then adding video).

And it seems that I can't change the summary of the bug... this is annoying.
