True, you get no incoming INVITE requests.
And it's certainly a NAT problem. There is no received= parameter in the
topmost Via header in the proxy responses:

Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 192.168.1.100:49152;rport=33517;branch=z9hG4bK90gHSj4rN7p7Q

The sipphone proxy did the right thing last time I checked, so it's most likely
some NAT box acting as a SIP gateway and doing a bad job.

The traffic you see is NAT keepalive requests which our client is sending out
every 2 minutes by default.
