Yes it is. I'm not able to bring up the thumb keyboard. Neither using my (very
clumpy) thumb nor using the center d-pad key. All I can use is the virtual
stylus keyboard on my n800. 

I don't have the right to reopen this bug or change the verifid version to
4.1.3 (5.2008.43-7), so can do this somebody who has this right? :)
