https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2512 ------- Comment #12 from jukey at ju-key.de 2009-05-06 13:15 GMT+3 ------- (In reply to comment #11) > It may be not endemic for Skype or any other application, I had it in the > browser too. Tweaking with virtual keyboard settings fixed it for me. My vbk settings are: * Start thumb keyboard by using finger tips * Start thumb keyboard by using center d-pad button > Does the thumb keyboard open for you when editing form fields in the browser? I tried the standard start page of microb which includes a form for google and I don't was able to bring up the thumb keyboard. Only the stylus keyboard comes up. Then I tried to bring up the thumb keyboard by touching the address input field on the bottom of the application window. Only the stylus keyboard comes up. But if the stylus keyboard _is_ shown and _then_ I touch the address input field with my finger the thumb keyboard comes up. Now (after I wrote the text above) I tried again and I was able to bring up the thumb keyboard in the google search field by using my finger... It seems to work total randomly. But I _never_ was able to bring up the thumb keyboard in Slype. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.maemo.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Replies to this email are NOT read, instead please add comments at https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2512 ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee.
