Preconditions:
Install butterfly plugin, set your account and merge your contacts.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
I have the button in all my contacts to open the IM

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
In some contacts I don't see that button.

REPRODUCIBILITY:
Always, but only for some contacts

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED:
Butterfly plugin
