Philippe is saying that at Maemo summit, he wasnt the only one with wrong
timestamps and other people obviously had other operators. So either ring is
wrong in its interpretation of how it should work or many operators are
incompetent. If you are right and ring is not broken, then the "main" timestamp
on the chat view should probably be the received one.

I noticed that my 6126 (a fine S40) only displays the received time for SMSes,
not the sent time.
