STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
- open a skype chat with a person with a windows skype client from your n900
- ask the person which time/zone) you have

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
- same time like on your device

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
- for me: 1 hour less than my real time

REPRODUCIBILITY:
always

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED:

OTHER COMMENTS:
- there seem to be no settings either in the skype section on the n900 and the
skype profile in the web to set the timezone / time. So I expect that the
actual time from the device is delivered anywhere
