STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:

Try to add '+' followed by country code to existing contact.

The '+<country code>' is required when using Skype to dial a contact, however
adding this is not possible with existing UI.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:

'+' sign entered.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:

nothing.  only numbers are allowed to be entered.
