STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
Launch the "Phone" application, tap on recent call (one exists in address book)
EXPECTED OUTCOME:
"Text message" in menu

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Only phone/VOIP possibilities.

REPRODUCIBILITY:
Always

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED:
Does not matter
OTHER COMMENTS:
Often use-case to sms something right after the call. One has to leave phone
app and enter "contacts" for that. Not very comfortable, esp on the go.

If the call does not belong to address book, there is "text message" option for
it - inconsistency.
