Except that the local time was really 14:37:48... There possibly needs to be a
database of broken operators :-( .. Or just change the UI to display the
received time. Seems like Rogers patches their phones firmware somehow instead
of fixing their network. (Or possibly the network default utc is defined
somewhere else?)
