PAYG customers in the UK will be unable to quickly check their balance if *# is
not implemented.

For examples the following are used to check balance for PAYG in the UK and
other countries where I travelled to (using their local sim).

*#10#
*#101#
*#100#

For contract customers, they can quickly check their monthly usage, bill date
and recent charges.

I would consider this as a high priority fix.
