EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Navigate to Menu -> Settings -> Phone
2. Inspect option for Call forwarding

EXPECTED OUTCOME:

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Message saying 'No answer in 20 seconds, unavailable or busy' with no option to
change the default value 20 to something else.

REPRODUCIBILITY:
Always

OTHER COMMENTS:
20 seconds is too quick for different reasons (ie in a bathroom, getting change
or excuse to go out to take the call) and without an option to change this
makes it a Major.
