I have a specific use case -- in order to get into my office where I work I
push a button at the front door which then calls my cell phone.  I pick up the
phone and hit "1" and the door opens.  My phone gets called every time an
employee enters the building.  Hence having the ability to silence calls from a
particular number is very important to me.
