Of the N900? Or of the Fritz!Box? 

The N900 data I already mentioned, Fritz!Box data is:

FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN 7270 

Labor-Version 54.04.94-14620

But not much changed regarding SIP on the Fritz!Box in the recent firmware
releases.
