If you're receiving and making the calls with the same SIP service provider, it
should provide transparent routing for the SIP addresses it gives to incoming
calls from its PSTN gateway.

Try if the following works:
- In the call list view, open the dialpad.
- Switch to the SIP account in the call service selector.
- Enter the SIP URI using the keyboard, substituting the IP address in the
hostname part with voip.eutelia.it

If that fails, I'd like to see a tcpdump capture (filtering to SIP traffic is
OK, if there's any concern) for the failing outgoing call in the original case.
