An interesting idea, but I'm afraid this will break even more cases.
Also, we're not supposed to produce denormalized SIP URIs in the API where the
client gets the caller address. It's just too bad if the proxy cannot come up
with a routable URI.

NB: SIP proxies transparently working with tel: scheme would be even nicer, but
they are few and far between.
