STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
1. Being new SMS

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Would be nice to be able to alter the character count at the bottom of the
view.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Currently, the character count is for 160 characters. Twitter's default is 140
characters.

OTHER COMMENTS:
Frivolous, but handy for varying services. What if there was a "Set character
count for: X Service" setting?
