This now works for me after setting "session-timers=refuse" in sip.conf for the
N900's SIP account (thanks to bug 5614 comment 9 for the suggestion).  It seems
that without that the N900 doesn't think a call has been established and
doesn't send audio or DTMF.

Does that fix things for anyone else?
