https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5689 mikhail.zabaluev at nokia.com changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED Resolution| |INVALID ------- Comment #1 from mikhail.zabaluev at nokia.com 2009-10-27 16:00 GMT+3 ------- The internal bug got resolved with the following comment: "A2DP is intended for unidirectional high-quality audio distribution. A voice call requires full-duplex audio and has also a much lower latency requirement than can be achieved with A2DP. Therefore, all multi-profile headsets switch from A2DP to the Handsfree Profile (HFP) for the duration of a call. (the audio could still come from both speakers even though it's mono and the fact that it only comes from the other speaker is probably just a design feature of the S9)." And the "probably" part was confirmed as a "feature" of this handset model. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.maemo.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Replies to this email are NOT read, instead please add comments at https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5689 ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee.
