STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
 - Configure phone application -> launch by rotation
 - Turn on the phone by using the slider
 - Rotate phone to portrait, in a way you should dial the number (not fully
vertical)
 - Display turns of after 30 sec
 - Wait up by slider, keeping the phone is same position

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
 - Phone application should launch in a very short time 

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
 - Phone application sometimes only launches by putting phone fully vertical,
and after a to long wait time.
 - In the cases that it works, wait time is to long

REPRODUCIBILITY:
(always/sometimes/once)
 - Sometimes
