STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
1. Make sure you have PIN code activated
2. Turn off the phone
3. Turn on, press skip when asked for PIN code
4. Try to make a phone call, enter your PIN code when asked

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
"PIN code correct" notification message should appear.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
"PIN code not entered. SIM card unavailable" is shown for a short time, then
the correct notification appears.

always
