STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:

open the phone app and put it in portrait mode and then click to the
notification area

EXPECTED OUTCOME:

get the global phone menu (profile, connectivity...)

ACTUAL OUTCOME:

nothing happens

(always/sometimes/once)
