SOFTWARE VERSION:
Maemo 5 1.2009.42-11.002

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Make a phone call - I was on a skype call
2. Open the shutter of the camera to take a picture

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
When opening the shutter if the camera is not in the video recorder mode you
should be able to take still pictures.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Warning Message displayed stating that the microphone is in use and the camera
goes into standby mode.

Always
