--> there isn't actual UI for getting all the users, who have checked 
that option. But we have two options for this.
1. You get the csv out from registrations page (Page -> export 
subscribers as csv), where you have one column for that option. Then you 
can sort the table and select all the mails from there and send those 
people email from you own email address.

2. We can put up a direct marketing componenent, that automaticly makes 
a campaign out of those, who have registered and checked that option. 
 From there we can send HTML-email, if you like, or just plain text 
email. If you are planning to send more than twice some updates about 
this event, then this option is better than first one.
