I just put a proposal at http://wiki.maemo.org/Maemo_Summit_2009

PROPOSED: 11-13 September (Friday to Sunday) Reason: right before OSiM
World - http://event.osimworld.com/

PROPOSED: Amsterdam or surroundings. Reason: OSiM World is held in this
well communicated and attractive city.

I actually wouldn't be surprised by an increase of 50% in the
attendance. Reasons: Maemo 5 popularity + increased scope beyond
developers to include power users & enthusiasts.

If we got loosely 200 people in total in the first Summit, I think it is
safe to expect around 300 this year. Maybe not in the same place and at
the same time, though.

Can Niels and Kees get the action of proposing a couple of venues within
30-45 minutes from the city center? Please. :)
