[maemo-community] Summit hotel room allocation & management

Hi all,

As we near the end of this council's term, there are many
opportunities to serve our constituents (or letting them come forward
and run with something). In particular, the process of allocation the
block booked rooms and sorting out what's happening with people who
aren't having one (or don't want one).

I'm going to be away from a computer from Saturday for over a week,
and am going to be extremely busy with work until then. However, I'm
hoping to finish the sponsorship assessment process before then.

I'm *not* going to have time to also sort out what rooms people go

I'd like a volunteer to come forward to sort this out ASAP, please.
