Actually it is, but it provides 
/usr/lib/libXfixes.so.3 while all the apps are linked against
/usr/lib/libXfixes.so.0

/usr/lib# ln -s libXfixes.so.3 libXfixes.so.0

fixes this problem, but I'm not sure they are 100% ABI compatible.

Also after doing this I'm seeing other X-related issues, desktop's window
content not being drawn.
