Currently hildon and gtk rely on matchbox specific window type
(_MB_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_MESSAGE) for banner windows. gtk+ 2.10 adds semantically
equivalent (or close enough) EWMH standard _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_NOTIFICATION type
hint.

Matchbox should support the standard hint so that we can remove gtk patches.
