Currently hildon uses GDK_WINDOW_TYPE_HINT_MESSAGE for banner windows, which is
a matchbox specific hack. gtk+ 2.10 adds semantically equivalent
GDK_WINDOW_TYPE_HINT_NOTIFICATION which should be used instead (once window
manager supports it) so that we can remove needless patches from gtk.
