You didn't specify which file system you'd need fsck for.

I guess you could remove test-server stuff from initfs and add fsck there,
then run fsck in linuxrc before mounting the mmc for rootfs if you want to
have removable rootfs without journaling file system.  I'd recommend using
something like ext3 instead though.
