https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2878 ------- Comment #18 from thomas at mich.com 2008-07-10 06:01 GMT+3 ------- agps-ui DOES NOT fix it. With Diablo it is no better, and no better with or without the agps-ui/supld. It took 10 minutes to lock, and I haven't moved more than a mile or two. So I tried exiting and immediately coming back in. 2 minutes minimum if I have a fairly clear path to the sky. Same 5-10 usually. And this is exit map, then restart it (less than 15 seconds)!. No, this bug is NOT fixed. My cheapo BT GPS will stay off all night and never takes more than 30 seconds when it is 6 foot from a window! And the Nokia GPS is sensitive enough - I get a lock from some fairly obstructed places. It just takes several minutes under an open sky when it has been off for less than 30 seconds. Or should I contact Nokia about a warranty problem? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.maemo.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Replies to this email are NOT read, instead please add comments at https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2878 ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug, or are watching the QA contact.
