Implement what?

I've answered how to deal with sudo right. Now I'm waiting for additional info
from Tony Green. In case he used sudo in wrong way, bug is invalid. If some
strings outside of banners are missing after update-sudoers run, bug is valid,
but I'd like to have more info, at least example of modified /etc/sudoers file.
