[maemo-community] [maemo2midgard] Adapting the home to the social news

Another thought. The news highlights positions are quite unstable,
specially when there are few favs. This is ok for a section but it might
be confusing for a home: top news item changing from news A to B and
then A again during the day.

Suggestion: the home gets refreshed just once a day, let's say at 5am
UTC (when most of us are away from keyboard).
