I agree with Quim. We can tune our services and make them end-user
ready, but the main focus should be on developers. The application
catalog is a very good initiative and we should make sure that it is
better than any other offering out there. At the end of the day we
will not need to advertise it :) but we have to work hard to get
there.

These are great ideas, all of them. Maybe if we put all to the
frontpage it will get a little complicated :)
I think the way to go forward is to see concrete mock-ups. Like Niels
and TigerT did for Planet [1], or Marius made for the catalog [2]. I
am thinking about a garage plugin to enable voting, or user surveys.
Until it is available let's discuss these on the list. If you want you
can also submit the ideas to the tracker, or upload images to the
documentation section. But if it too much of a hassle, then just post
here :) I can take care of putting these items the places at garage.
