[maemo-community] [maemo2midgard] Support section

This is a new section, the subpages would be 

- FAQ (?)
- Docs
- Lists
- #IRC
- Bugs

- Default page contains a visible block for IT users pointing them to
the official user guide, Tableteer and the ITT forums and then
introduces the support channels we offer + a comment on Garage projects
having their own support channels.

- FAQ - ??? still unclear if we should have them, since wel structured
information shouldn't need faqs. If we have them it would be like a top
10 questions, nothing else. Nowadays there are search engines in the web
and the WWW. FAQ intended to users and power users, developers should
get all their questions answered under Developemnt.

- Docs - introducing the official documentation under Development +
community documentation in the wiki. Prioritizing here power users docs
since Development has own section.

- Lists - explanation of the official lists + selection of Garage
project lists (or perhaps link to wiki page where projects can list
their own list, or do we have a way to have an automatic listing of
active lists?)

- #IRC - The community driven chatroom, archives beta search engine...

- Bugs - Introduction to bugzilla and how to submit bugs.
