Just two thoughts to share.

- We also know if they got devices in previous programs or not, at least
according to themselves. They have checkboxes for then when  they apply
to the program. Mmm I'm not sure whether having received a device
previous should account for good or for bad when receiving another
one  ;) . I don't know how far you want to go with the maths but the
ideal function would be:

high karma + previous devices = increased karma
high karma + no previous devices = no karma change
low karma + no previous devices = no karma change
low karma + previous devices = decreased karma


- We didn't talk about external services i.e. ohloh offering user data
via APIs. I have no idea about these. Nothing required, but if you can
spend some time just looking what the services linked currently in
themprofiles offer, that would be great.
