If you can define a numeric amount of karma that is considered high/low,
this should be doable.

I looked at Ohloh, and the problem is that their API limits to 1000
queries per day. Getting enough data of one user requires several queries,
meaning that we simply can't pull the data in an easy way.

Also, the Ohloh profile URL that we now ask from users does not help much
with pulling the data.
