What about following these steps:

1. Confirm that we won't use voting system for the logo contest. Here we
seem all clear on this but there are still some voting expectations at

2. Confirm that there is a will to have a community council and the
voting system it will require. Jaffa seems to have still some doubts
about the support of this initiative, see

3. Once it's clear that we need a voting system and the features it
would need, we commit it in the following sprint. Next deadline: July
