I think we are too busy (and someone could say too skilled) for spending
full days of boring work. I have talked to the Nokia team working on
that suggesting them to release just a PDF or something simple in the
lines they wish... done by themselves.

One thing also. The maemo.org crew is getting incresing popularity in
the Maemo SW team. Good! People think you are clever guys and are doing
a good job. Good, good! The drawback of this is that they come to you
asking extra work to do. Like with certain substances, my recommendation
is Just Say No.

We have a maemo.org development process and any major task should stick
to that no matter what. Then of course urgencies or even not very public
stuff might come from time to time. These are exceptions not even really
tied to the maemo.org development proces. As such, they need to be
discussed and agreed with Marcell and me, ultimate responsible of the
budget spent in your hours.

Therefore:

- Not in the sprint and it takes more than 1h? I don't do it.
- You really need it and now? Let's CC Marcell and Quim first.

Follow this basic binary rule and you will save a lot of useful time.  :)
