I just did this for one module - the initial automated run is quick, but
needs tidying up afterwards. Actually, the time consuming part is
unautomatable - creating links in existing structure to import pages,
clicking on the red link, creating the new page, copying & pasting the
wiki text, saving. With the current slowness of the wiki, this 4-step
process can take, unfortunately, minutes.

:)

I've added "Import Peter's proposed intro pages" to the sprint - >1h,
should be done quickly, and it's only long because of speed issues with
midgard, resizing & uploading pngs, ensuring links work, etc.

I'll try & do a bit on that before tonight's meeting (althoughh I do
need to write a couple of presentations today & tomorrow morning...).

Cheers,
Dave.

PS. For the presentations - for those who don't know, I'll be in Mont de
Marsan this week for LSM 2008 (RMLL in French), giving a presentation on
Wednesday on "Building bridges between projects" and on Thursday
presenting "Digital handrails and ramps: Accessibility in GNOME". If
anyone else will be about, drop me a line, we'll meet up!
