Once we have a bit better server we can drop Squid completely and move
to Midgard's own content caching which is login-aware, meaning that
authenticated/personalized and anonymous access can happen on the same
port.

BTW, I'm now back from holidays prematurely, and I have quite a bunch
of Maemo hours booked for next few weeks, so expect more
