I've suggested a more verbose and slightly more sensitive stock answer. Mind if I precede "comment" with "nice" or "sensitive"? It's advised, IMHO, to refer to the question, or re-ask it (stock answers are tricky for things like this - I would like to have "the question(s) in comment #NNN" be in the stock answer - is that OK?).
